Refund policy

  • Upon receiving the item from the courier, you have 5-10 minutes to inspect and try the product.
  • If the product is fine, you can keep it. If not, you may return it to the courier and only pay the shipping fees.
  • No refund is allowed once the courier leaves.
  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • During sale periods, no refund or exchange is allowed.
